Consultancy to Evaluate the Implementation and Impact of the Barbados Human Resource Development Strategy 2011-2016 and To Develop Lessons Learnt, Case Studies and a Sustainability Programme
The Government of Barbados (GOB) through the Ministry of Labour and Social Partnership Relations (MLSP) is currently implementing the Barbados Human Resource Development Policy and is seeking to develop a new HRD Strategy. Its overall objective is to coordinate and support efforts to create a cadre of globally competitive citizens through an efficient, well-coordinated, effective, knowledge-led, flexible and demand-driven HRD system.
