My ideas to rebuild Barbados start with the following:

1. RECAPTURE REO (real estate owned) AND VACANT PROPERTIES AND LAY THE FOUNDATION FOR  COMMUNITY REBUILDING
2. Stabilize REO and Vacant Properties
3. Maintain Vacant Properties
4. Keep Existing Occupants in their Homes

1. Return REO and Vacant Properties to Productive Use
2. Promote Redevelopment Strategies for Large Concentrations of REO
3. Catalyze Private Investment

  iii. Rebuild the Housing Market

1. Access to Credit
2. Rebuild Neighborhood Infrastructure
