This simply cannot be where we are at! IDB funding returned and a fine issued, no accountability, jobs assigned for reasons other than qualifications, under staffing, over staffing, the list of accusations and reports are unacceptable.
- No business would survive this, why are we running our government this way.
- First in last out, Last in first out cannot be the extent that is evaluated in an effort to make the civil service efficient. What about track record, ability, drive, as oppose to party affiliation or who you know.
- ACTION must be taken on reports and assessments already done on government agencies and/or have new ones done, this initial cost will easily be worth it with an efficient workforce.
