The Labour Department, Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Third Sector, will host Occupational Safety and Health Week 2023 from June 25 – 30, 2023.
A series of free seminars will be held at the Accra Beach Hotel and Spa, Rockley, Christ Church under the theme “Safety and Health – A Fundamental Principle and Right at Work”.
Pre-registration for the seminars is required. The deadline for registration is June 19, 2023. Registration can be done here or by telephone at 535-1523/24.
You are encouraged to organize safety and health awareness activities in your workplaces during this week and notify the Department of your plans.
