The Labour Department will be hosting Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Week from July 13 – 19, 2019.
During July 15 – 16 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily, there will be a number of free seminars at the Accra Beach Hotel and Spa, Rockley, Christ Church under the theme “A Safe and Healthy Future of Work”. Topics include, Indoor Air Quality and Psychological First Aid.
The Labour Department is also encouraging all work places to organise their own OSH awareness events. Feel free to notify the Department of your plans.
Persons interested in attending the seminars must pre-register with the Labour Department. The registration deadline for the seminars is June 28, 2019.
