The Ministry wishes to draw your attention to the list of public holidays for the year 2019, where April 28 was listed as National Heroes Day.
You are kindly asked to note that Monday, April 29th will be a public holiday in accordance with the First Schedule of the Public Holidays Act, which states that “where in any year the 28th April falls on a Sunday, the next following Monday shall be a public holiday”
