The Labour Department has released Guidelines for the Agricultural Sector. These guidelines can be used by agricultural enterprises who wish to develop a safety and health policy in compliance with the Safety and Health at Work Act, Cap 356. It is hoped that these guidelines will provide the impetus for the improvement of safety and health practices in this sector.
