GENERAL MANAGER

The Role

We are looking for a General Manager to manage all aspects of the office and support the leadership team in managing and meeting organizational requirements. You will be tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, hiring employees, training heads of departments, managing budgets, creating policies and communicating business goals.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration
  • Three years’ experience
  • Good knowledge of different business functions
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive nature
  • High competency level in MS Office applications

 

OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

The Role

We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Coordinator to support the business in executing day-to-day and best in class global freight and brokerage solutions. Working with all enabler departments and all revenue channels this position leads bringing our products to the world on a timely basis, by the best means possible and, in a cost-effective manner. Self-motivated individual with the ability to think creatively and see any task through to completion.  Expertise with operations and logistics to assist in the implementation, strengthening and improvement of current processes and procedures as well as the launch and growth of the company.  Complying with international trade laws, and regulations. 

Qualifications

  • Degree in a related field of postsecondary education
  • Three year’s working with International Shipping Codes and Channels
  • Previous experience with operations, supply chain, manufacturing and/or logistics within relevant industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing projects and leading them to success
  • Knowledge of logistical processes and supply chain management;
  • Experience with SAP Business One an asset.

 

 

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

The Role

We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to manage all aspects of purchasing to efficiently and cost-effectively support organizational requirements. 

Qualifications

  • College degree in business, materials management, operations management, engineering or related field
  • Five years’ experience in procurement
  • Supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of all laws and regulations relating to procurement and contracts
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles of planning and MRP/ERP systems an asset
  • Financial acumen
  • High competency level in MS Office applications
