Occupational Safety and Health Week - A Rousing Success

 

OSH Week 2017 was held during July 2 - 8 2017. The week began with a church service at the Bethel Pentecostal Church at Drax Hall where the Pastor and congregation warmly welcomed the staff and guests of the Labour Department.

Occupational Safety and Health Week 2017

 

The Labour Department will be hosting Occupational Safety and Health Week 2017 from July 2 - 8, 2017.

 

During July 3 - 5 from 8:30-4:30 p.m. daily,  there will be a number of free seminars at the Accra Beach Hotel and Spa, Hastings, Christ Church under the theme “Safe Workplaces are Productive Workplaces”. Topics include Violence at Work; OSH as a Competitive Advantage; Factors Affecting Productivity in the Workplace; Risk Assessment for Vulnerable Groups and Drug Testing in the Workplace; Indoor Air Quality.
