Each constituency should form a community group/club and get involved with the developing of their constituency. Schools included. Hold monthly/bi-monthly meetings with the minister ( we know the ministers will have busy times ahead) have a calendar of events for each constituency (for 2019) and create an account also for the constituency. Money made from each event planned by the committee will be put on an account and used to help the community e.g Christmas gift baskets, uniforms and school supplies for the less fortunate, painting the neighborhood etc.
