Road Damage By Dropped Cement

Problem... There are numerous drops of ready mixed concrete all over the highway from sloppy practices by liquid cement delivery trucks.

 

Sky Mall roundabout approach road from Warren's direction would be the worst affected area.

 

If it was made necessary to have a license to transport liquid cement on the public highway you could police such.

 

The license could require a cash bond from MTW and when you need to clean up spillage take the costs from this bond.

 

Simple forensic of the set mess on the highway can determine whose mix was the culprit.

 

I think you will find this is a very widespread problem and could amount to millions in current damage.
