Good afternoon I would like to suggest in all humility and out of personal frustration a possible short term solution. I see no good and sufficient reason why we can not use the privately owned public service vehicles to come into the Fairchild street terminal and collect commuters. It is ridiculous to be waiting in the terminal for sometimes in excess of two hours to hear we are having challenges with all of our services. Not good enough by any stretch of the imagination in 2018. Call over a minibus to get the public home . The schedule listed on the monitors makes no sense. Someone must be able to write a program that reflects when a route has been satisfied and how soon you can expect a next service. This facility was available in England in 1984 when I first visited those shores. We have to do much better. The traveling public deserves no less.
