For the next ten years govern mentioned publish the colours which insurance  companies  will  issue. 

From July 1st 2018 until July 1st 2019 all insurance companies will issue that colour disc to their clients who have paid in full. These discs will have the name  of insurance and the expiry date 

For clients who are using the three instalments a temporary white disc will be issued  with the expiry date.This will make it easier for the police to verify if a motorist is insured and for the period insured.

A person buying a vehicle in August will purchase insurance for 11 months,September 10 months etc. So by July every motorist is ready for the new colour disc.

Road Repairs. Each MP will submit a list of all  the bad roads in his/her constituency. These roads will be rated according to numbers with 1 being the worse.

A team of experts will then visit all the number 1 roads to determine  the order in which the roads will  be repaved.After all the number ones have been dealt with then they will deal with the number twos.
