Bring the private bus operators together and contract out the bus routes. Use gps and radio trackers with electronic sign boards at bust stops letting commuters know when the next bus is due. Large buses can run every hour with smaller ones in between making sure the routes are fully covered plus adding additional routes.

- Reintroduce the bus tickets to school Children, $10 for up to 6 rides a day.
- Introduce a day pass where you top up the pass for daily travel on buses only, like the Oyster Card of the UK or Miami Dade bus passes. A reasonable fee can be agreed upon.
- Introduce these oyster like cards for pensioners, and allow children in school uniform to pay half the cost by using said bus tickets mentioned above
- Allow the Ministry of Transport, Works and Maintenance to invest in using asphalt that absorbs water (See Topmix Permeable the asphalt that absorbs water - 4,000 litres drained in 60 second). This will aid with flooding on reducing the roads (See Civil Engineering discoveries on Facebook)
