Implement an app for the transport board bus when the system is functioning properly? (route specific) to alert passengers that their bus is on the way and approximately how many stops away from the stop where they are waiting? If people are made tardy because of continued poor or lack of proper scheduling, it could jeopardize their jobs. Install cameras on transport buses as well as the terminals. Rotational duty for (out of uniform) police officers on Transport Board, minis buses and ZR vans. Fines/penalties for Transport Board, minibus and ZR drivers for reckless driving, speeding and excessively loud music on mini buses and ZR vans. Curb loitering of school children in van stands, long after school is dismissed.
