Allow or create a more all inclusive environment pertaining to showcasing products within the tourist industry. The average Barbadian seldom get the exposure of their products and service to tourist, which would be benificial to the industry, the economic drive and generate foreign exchange. There is a need for any Barbadian to benifit from the tourism industry. It should not be reserved for CEOs, managers, hotel workers and of course hoteliers.
