i heard that the Concorde Experience has closed down and as a frequent traveler i believe there is an opportunity to use the space and generate income and provide jobs :
- using the parking lot for overnight /long stay parking and charge a flat daily rate with some sort of shuttle service or secure walkway
- Concord Experience has a lounge space there that could be developed as (i) another business class lounge which could have small meeting rooms and pod workspaces that could not only be used by travellers (I.e you get free access if you are an overnight parker) but (ii) it could also be used as a space for St. Philip-based entrepreneurs and self-employed business people to have their meetings and access to tech workspaces.
