Job production is one of the areas which any new government is asked to address. With a growing aging population, their care is a major concern. Opening elderly communities, nursing homes, entertainment and recreational facilities are ways of creating new jobs. Also, although many are retired, some seniors seek the interaction and productivity they had in their past careers. Consultancy services, producing goods are an excellent way creating additional income.
