Is there some mechanism that can be put in place to monitor the payment of maintenance for children, when the court instructs the payment to be put on the bank after a divorce?
Why does a mother have to get a lawyer and go back to court each time a father refuses to pay maintenance. She can't afford to pay a lawyer for that.
Meanwhile the men buy cars, pain houses, etc.and claims he isn't working for as much.
It needs to stop and these men should be made to appear in court ( or somewhere else) annually to show they are paying up. Instead of a woman having to pay a lawyer to take him back to court.
