I do not have to point out how ridiculous this area for the rule of law to be effective,is nothing short of a travesty!
I had a matter which was being stretched out since 2015 and only reached tribunal status in 2017,as the lawyer for the other side felt there was a statue of limitations applicable. My case number is 246/ 2017 and I have submitted the necessary documents whereas of the 06 June 2018 the other party has not complied with the rules. I am suggesting that where there is this type of behavior these cases are pulled and given some fast tracking system. There is a deadline. Why should I observe it and others do not?Can some definitive statement be made as to the way forward with this particular matter. We have been played for fools to believe that justice would be forthcoming.
Justice delayed is no longer justice denied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations to the new Government!
On behalf of all the public servants who have been acting in positions for more than 3 years (even those without the requisite qualifications, I plead that you set wrongs right and instate permanent appointments with immediate effect. The insecurity of tenure and their inability to transact major business is significant burden alrready.
Despite what the last Public Servant Act said, the heads of departments and the personnel administration division have consistently supported and approved these acting appointments and after 5+ years ... what??? This is a travesty to the public servants of this country who have a legitimate expectation - to do otherwise but permanently appoint them is unconscionable.
