To transform our Judicial System, Legal Cases time frames and increase the flexibility of Attorneys in Barbados we need to use technology that facilitates this. The above video clearly demonstrates uses of the Microsoft Surface in the Legal Arena.

The Microsoft Surface Computer is the most sophisticated systems on the planet using state of the art technology.

As having walked and worked alongside Microsoft Evangelists I can show Microsoft we are more than purchasers of a product but a country that truly seeks to utilise technology in its transformation and Barbados deserves to be acknowledged among those countries who truly embrace technology on an unprecedented level.

This in its essence will also attract other members of Silicon Valley including other big partners of Microsoft including Dell who is already present to Barbados, HP and Lenovo and possibly even Intel. Intel expanded to Barbados in 1976 with an assembly semi-conductor line until 1985 where it then ceased its $30 Million Dollar facilities. This was an exceptional investment into Barbados in those previous years but due to a declining demand they were forced to close shop. Intel today like Microsoft is a powerhouse of a company.

I thank you for your time in considering the above out of your most busy schedule.

Have a wonderful week.

Your sincerely,

Delano Browne

Microsoft Ambassador

Technology is an enabler.  Currently, there are few areas of human activities that cannot benefit from digital technology application and therefore it is my view that where the application of digital technology can lead to quantifiable improvements it should be considered.

The new Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology review this suggestion
