It may be useful to have a centralised dispatch centre for emergency services. This would mean having one dispatch telephone centre to field all incoming emergency calls.
Fire, ambulance, police telephone operators all in one place so as to avoid duplication of time and resources and to avoid miscommunication and ineffective transmission of information.
