Tho I submitted a proposal years ago regarding the pierhead, I thought I'd articulate it to you here.
Around the world particularly Europe and closer to home, Toronto, there's been a movement to repurpose abandoned warehouses, into around the clock artists hubs, musician playing, delicacy producing, cobble streets lined with redesigned warehouses converted into high high end lofts, studios and condos.
