1. Priority should be given in the Planning Approval processes to buildings / enterprises which would lead to immediate or longer term employment and investment.
2. Government owned vacant / unused houses / assets could be sold off. There should be maximum utilization of government owned properties to house government departments, lessening reliance on rental facilities.
