Money needs to flow in this economy. I am willing to invest in property. I am government employees and appointed but as a single person I still do not qualify for a mortgage that would allow me to get a house. For me this is an unfortunate situation. As an appointed government worker I see my money as sure. Mortgage payment  can be taken as a direct deposit from my salary . Private institution may have to stick to there mortgage requirements. However I believe NHC could come up with some special arrangement that would allow public appointed workers the opportunity to use the money they have to invest in property. That is untapped money lying in savings.

I agree as many public officers salaries do not qualify them for a mortgage to adequately the cost of purchasing at the requested selling price.  A financial arranged of direct deduction through NHC would greatly see monies going back to the  public purse and the employees who desire their own homes.
