Persons are constructing and converting premises to "Rooms for Rent" may a suggestion be considered that further Statutory Regulations be imposed besides the current and limited "Landlord and Tenancy Act" on those operators (Landlords) things like Safety, Rooms Size, Health, (bathrooms and toilets per room or persons) Fire Safety, Actual Space, Environment, (free of termites and vermin) And that the income received from such properties be disclosed for Tax Purposes etcetera.
