Sirs/Madams
I travel around and notice pieces of land overtaken by shrubs n wild trees. I am of the opinion that government can allow interested persons to adopt these parcels of land spaces to use in creative ways, thus ridding the landscapes of overgrowth and creating beauty of culture forms in our midst.
China enticed its overseas citizens back by giving plots of land to be used for factories to rival western technologies n consumerables as well as cultural presentations.
Secondly the land for Landless Program has many applicants on a waiting list for years now while they claim to be sorting the legalities through Parliament. Five years plus, and local food: fruits, roots and vegetables are in short supply and more is imported and the Balance of Payments if more in wack. This matter needs to be resolved as a matter of urgency.
While the grass is growing the horses are starving
