Dear sir/madam
I think it may be a good idea to reopen Gledairy prison as a medium prison
This could be used for people who have done what us called petty crimes.
For example non payment of fines, shoplifting, etc. This would lessen the load on Dodds also created some jobs at the same time.
There also could be a programme called community service where offenders could help with the clean up of the island
I understand we are trying to recover economically.
Just a few ideas.
