Revive the St. Joseph Hospital? Over the past eleven years, there has been talks here and there about reopening this hospital. It could help to alleviate some of the overcrowding and delays at the QEH. It could be a great asset and health resource for the northern parishes of St. Lucy and St. Peter and other parishes such as St. Andrew, St. Joseph.
