We need to start back a rat elimination program island wide urgency . It could be come a another south coast disaster.
They are destroying crops and livestock and costing the nation a tremendous amount of income.
We also need to look at the health problems, leptospirosis etc if we have a break out of this disease it would be devastating to the Barbadian population as well as tourism.

Grateful if the overgrown lots can be cleared to address this situation. The current system of pursuing land owners to clear it themselves will not work ... Government needs to find a way to have it cleaned and recoup from owners ... we the neighours are suffering. Ask your Environmental Health Officers
