Dear PM Mia Amor,

 

If we are seriously intending integration...with OECS and/or CARICOM Have Chinese or Japanese invest properly in the region, lay down an interisland connector undersea/ oversea train. Can be built in stages...georgetown thru to usvi and Bahamas.

Lack of technical knowledge is a detriment to the island.  However, an invest by the Chinese and Japanese in this field would be an asset to Barbados.  Knowledge based investment is the way forward.
