My idea to make the environment of Barbados more beautiful is for your Ministry to be the catalyst for the planting of the national flower of Barbados. The Pride of Barbados can hardly be seen across the landscape of Barbados. When we talk about a national flower, it should be everywhere. It might be that your Ministry can work with plant nursuries and other agencies to sell young plants at cheap prices and where possible, intersperse the plants on at various points along the island. They are several colours of the Pride of Barbados. These would make for a beautiful sight.
