- Clean up the island parish by parish. Install garbage bins at regular intervals along highways, in communities and especially at all bus stops.
- Most importantly, fine individuals for littering. Strictly impose these fines. This may mean employing individuals whose job it is to do so. This job can be combined with ensuring ZR drivers work within the prescribed legal regulations.
