I would like to suggest aiming to have 100% of electricity from renewable energy (solar and wind) within the next 5 to 10 years as this would significantly cut the fuel bill. Also can consider giving bigger tax incentives for businesses/ people who buy electric/ hybrid/ fuel efficient cars as well as install solar panels and led lights. It can be done given our size.
