Good Day

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share with assisting the re-development of this great country Barbados.

We have to ensure that our future generation are being taken care of. Currently there are many defiant youth in our educational system who need guidance and it is evidence that our educators are not coping with said kids. At least one Probation Officer should be assigned to schools to assist with monitoring behaviour and being able to guide those who are wayward. The Officers will be able to offer seminars to the parents and kids, sharing their experience about kids who would have changed their life.

Also, in the Communities at the Community Centres, skilled Barbadians can volunteer to assist children who are slow learners and are able to cope in a classroom setting. Some kids are  not comfortable if they are not sure and the only way to react is being violent.

This is my small token and hope that we all can work together to bring about the desired achievement of our youth if we are to move forward as a country.
