I want to suggest a project of PEER COUNSELLING for all of our Secondary Schools. It is possible for this to be instituted without the addition of any staff, except maybe, any overall national co-ordinator. Current guidance counsellors and teachers can be offered relevant training. Vast numbers of children can be reached,
I trust that this will programme will be considered.
