Good Morning
Although I am pleased with the proposal to sponsor all Barbadian citizens for free tertiary education I do believe there are two simple conditions that should apply to reduce waste:
1. The receipt or their parents should be tax payers/resident for at least three years preceding the admission
- The receipt must meet passing grade for continued sponsorship. Any year the student fails two or more subjects they will not receive sponsorship the following year. And they should not be sponsored if only doing one course.
