Hello,

I hope the following ideas help the nation in its continued growth:

Non-Violent Communication

- Can be taught at the primary school level and upwards

- Training seminars at work & encourage the topic (even if briefly such as using quotes) at conferences & other events. Perhaps it can be a 2019 slogan - "I can resolve this peacefully", "The best solution is a peaceful resolution" "Resolve with love" etc

- A topic Ministers & appointed officials speak of

Schools

- Non-Violent Communication fun sessions. This should be a class to show the importance of this practice

- Yoga, Tai Chi, practicing presence & meditation (some instructors are willing to offer free services/discounted)

- Quiet Time

- Encourage & help with set up of mediation tribunals made up of students

- Classes on the need to take full possession of our minds & how to do so (e.g of concepts: I become what I think about with books such as As a Man Thinketh, Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Alchemist, Think & Grow Rich and The Power of Now

- Teach basic criminal law (students will see how a simple action can cause grave consequences)

We can help our children and adults realise that our external world is as a direct result of our internal world (thoughts, habits, beliefs). This would help do away with low-self esteem issues and propel a shift to and a rise in productive and fulfilled living, aka less crime, aka more entrepreneurship and an upsurge in productivity nationwide.

I am certainly available to help & if there are any questions.

Thanks!

Shalisha Samuel
