We should be marketing all types of local creative works to major markets with Rihanna as our Barbados Creative CEO:

• This idea centers around our beloved Rihanna and a creative marketing arm of the Barbados government exporting the creative works of Barbadians especially our youth.
• Rihanna will essentially become the CEO for a Barbadian government export agency for creativity and creative talents.
• All Barbadians especially young people will submit ideas or creative work especially those which will garner recurring income like song lyrics, movie and series scripts, books, advertising campaign ideas or even apps, games, business and product ideas.
• The best of these creations can then be marketed by Rihanna to the right channels with her wide reach and influence and help them get picked up by major artists, agencies, studios, companies, brands or venture capitalists.
• This will lead to many benefits for Barbados and Barbadians, creating foreign exchange income with no massive outflow of capital.
• Think of it in the vein of Shark Tank Barbados edition with Rihanna and the Barbados government as the chief investors where both stand to gain financially and share the wealth with other creative minds from our homeland.
• Likely we could end up discovering or enabling another Rihanna-like personality in Barbados but in another creative field, and building on their success to multiply the reach of this new Barbadian creative entity.
