Implement a national swimming program into the school system from primary to secondary level, tertiary level can also be looked at
Not having enough pools is no excuse
Rehabilitate the pool at the old north point resort along with some bathroom ,shower and changing facilities
By usuing the skills of students of the polytechnic BCC and the skills training program that would ease the labour cost associated the venture
This project can service the needs of the northern and eastern schools
If consideration is given to this idea i am more than welcome to engage in dialouge on this and more areas
