Increase the use of the island for concerts and television programmes from UK to be staged in Barbados.
To give the opportunity for musicians, actors and other agencies to perform in the UK where there is currently a gap.
Notting Hill carnival is Europe biggest street party but Bajan musician’s presence is very low key or non-existence. This can be a fantastic market for Barbados to saturate.
