I am writing to share my idea for the execution of sustainable national events in Barbados. My plan includes the development of a national operational procedure manual for the execution of national events, a compliance officer to provide oversight in the delivery of events and post event reports that emphasis key performance indicators. All of this would be supported by an integrated marketing and communications framework that would seek to get the collective buy in from the general public and other key stakeholders.
I would like to make a presentation on this to more fully share my idea. I have written before and have not gotten a response. I will keep trying.
