When it becomes necessary to review documents after a time lapse how is one to know the true and exact dates when one agency of government dates them 06/07/17 and another 07/06/17? Please, we must declare a standard official dating system for the entire country. Is that the role of the National Standards Institute of the Ministry of Information. Assign responsibility and make it happen.
