- Expand powers and staff of Management Commission of Parliament to include MPs, PermSec and anyone with Chief in their job title to report gifts and donations over $50 in value or attempted bribes. MP expenses reimbursed over $500 must be declared publicly. Financial penalties for non-disclosure and criminal penalties for malfeasance and fraud.
- Donations to political parties over $1000 by individuals and over $5000 from companies must be publicly declared.
- Creation of a Malpractice unit in the public service, where public workers who feel aggrieved can go for an independent investigation of complaints.
