I am submitting my idea in an effort to see if I can make a contribution to my country, below is my contribution:-
Barbados has a population of 286,388 people. If you ask each person to donate $5.00 (cash no pledging) to help with the national debt (or can be used to tackle a specific problem e.g. refurbish a sewage pump) and in so doing, their names would be placed on a plaque in a prominent location to give them a sense of pride that they had contributed to help pull the country from the economic crisis it is facing.
