The manufacture of milk powder from raw milk to
a) deal with the milk surplus when it occurs again
b) convert to baby milk, health shake for the aged (with the addition of moringa etc)
c) make available to schools (like the old days).
This will help reduce the import bill and help strengthen the country's exports.
d) appease the dairy farmers and give them more incentive to continue the fine job they're doing.
