This idea will address incidence of praedial larceny. 

All produce is to be 'stamped' at point of harvest or in some cases, port or entry. (air or sea port)

I propose to open a concern that stamp all produce by appointment from the grower. (eggs included)

Supermarkets, hotel etc are instructed to only buy stamped products. Hawkers the same. Periodic teams of officers can be employed to check the markets for stamped goods. All contraband good can be brought in question as to origin etc.   

Although the 'stamping' process is not new, if is to Bim. (anyone that has ever bought an imported fruit knows the oval stamp it bears).

This system is also helpful in the recall process as each item will bear a unique number. 

Of course small items (peppers etc) will be distributed as 1 and only 1 stamp will be required 

Farmer can now sleep better with the knowledge that their hard work is worth it and their crops are secure without having to employ costly measures.

Production is the key to growth and we must do all things to encourage it!
