This is an idea which I am suggesting for both the Hon. Miss Cynthia Forde minister of Emprowerment and Elders Affairs and Hon. Mr. Kerri Simmons  minister of Tourism and International Transport . A day Care system which is set out to help the elderly and they family who want to have they family members being taking care on a day to day basis this also will help the flow of family having to leave them at the hospital and not returning for the elderly persons because of lack of care for them and this will also help with revenue for just a fee , this fee can be use to turn around and help keep up and sustained the running of the building to host and keep the elderly it can go for a period just like the normal baby day care with hours to help with this. I am also suggesting that this can also work for our tourism sector in marketing this opportunity for example there are families who will like to travel but because of not having someone or country that can house that individual it can be a bit difficult therefore we have persons having to give up travilling because of the fear of not having the committed individuals to do so we can afford a package where we can allow the family to go and enjoy the scenery of Barbados while we take care of they family member. This idea will take time and good planning to excicute it. This will depend on location, staff, hours, promotion, finance, and a history of the individual so if they are suffering from an illness we will have the nescessary man power and staff to deal with the individual. We will offer a hold range in our package. My name is Cheri Boyce I live in Johnson Road Boscobel St. Peter I am not a book person but I love my community and my country if you need anymore ideas I will assist. Thank you for this opportunity and may God continue to bless you all and keep you safe.

Well Said.  I would also like to add  more emphasis on the CARE aspect of this idea .  Reason being unfortunately have have come to grips with  the reality of  the  lack of good manners , basic hospitality with respect to the human resources at most of the public health care places.

Persons are already unwell, sick or in need  further more to be treated with a rough discourse and or  exceptionally abrupt and bad manners .   The idea I would like to add or propose to this is that an element of hospitality training  could be added as part of the courses for health care professionals.  So that respectful , professional and kind customer service is given , even if the person is relying on public healthcare .
