The island is strewn with garbage.
- Clean up the island parish by parish. Install garbage bins at regular intervals along highways, in communities and especially at all bus stops.
- Most importantly, fine individuals for littering. Strictly impose these fines. This may mean employing individuals whose job it is to do so. This job can be combined with ensuring ZR drivers work within the prescribed legal regulations.

Bless the good hearts of those who takes initiative to this clean up! It is one of the best things we can ever do for the mother earth who makes sure we can live well.
